How consultations, deposits, appointments and your extensions work with us. Each section starts with the short version, followed by the full terms.

The short version: These terms cover our website, booking with us, and every service we perform. Your signed service agreement goes with them and wins if the two ever disagree.

These Terms & Services ("Terms") apply to your use of alchemyhairextensionstudios.com and to all consultations, appointments, packages and services provided by Alchemy Hair Extension Studios, a brand of Jaclyn Rae Inc., 9556 Park Meadows Drive, Suite #100, Lone Tree, CO 80124 ("Alchemy," "the Studio," "we," "us").

Before your extension service, you'll receive a personalized Hair Extension Service Proposal and Service Agreement to review and sign. These Terms summarize and support that agreement. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

By booking a consultation, paying a deposit or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

The short version: Every new extension client starts with a $50 consultation. It's non-refundable, but the full $50 is credited toward your service when you book.

Your consultation includes a hair and scalp assessment, color matching, a method recommendation and your custom proposal.

The $50 consultation fee is due at the time of your consultation and is non-refundable. When you book your extension service, the full $50 is credited toward your Total Hair Extension Investment.

Already wearing extensions that need attention, whether they were installed here or somewhere else? Text us at 720-778-3644 and we'll book a consultation or a time to remedy the issue based on what's truly needed.

The short version: A deposit holds your appointment and starts your custom hair order. The rest is due on service day. Your price is one complete package, and your quote holds until the date on your proposal.

3.1 Deposit. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It's applied toward your Total Hair Extension Investment and is used to order, color-match and reserve hair and appointment time specifically for you.

3.2 Balance due. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of service, unless paid through approved third-party financing.

3.3 Package pricing. Your Total Hair Extension Investment is quoted as one complete, custom price covering the hair, the install and any cut, color or removal your look requires. Components aren't itemized, substituted for cash, or credited back if part of a service is declined.

3.4 Rate guarantee. Your quoted rate is guaranteed until the date shown on your proposal. After that date, pricing may change and a new proposal may be issued. Changes to the planned service may also require a new proposal.

3.5 Financing. We offer financing through Cherry, a third-party provider that can show you options without a hard credit check. Your agreement with Cherry is separate from your agreement with us, and all of our policies still apply to financed services.

3.6 Card on file. The card on file must belong to the client receiving services. If someone else is paying, a card authorization form must be completed before your appointment.

The short version: Our packages bundle everything your extensions need for a set term into one price you can budget for: installs, maintenance, color, treatments, removals, tools and product.

Alchemy offers all-inclusive extension packages so you can plan for your hair the way you plan for anything else that matters. Each package includes installation, maintenance, color, treatments, removals, tools, product and brushes for the length of its term.

Fusion, 1 install: 4 months (first-time clients only)

Fusion, 2 installs: 8 months

Fusion, 3 installs: 12 months

Fusion, 4 installs: 16 months

Weft: 12 months, including your initial hair purchase plus 9 move-ups

4.1 One price. Package pricing follows section 3.3. Included services aren't itemized, exchanged for cash, or credited back if you choose not to use them.

4.2 Using your package. Included services must be used within the package term. 

4.3 Scheduling. Package appointments follow the Cancellations & Rescheduling policy in section 7. 

4.4 Transfers. No transfers allowed

4.5 Payment plans. Are done via third party provider

4.6 No refunds. Package payments are non-refundable, as described in section 5.

The short version: Every set of hair and every service is custom to you, so we don't issue refunds. If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a complimentary adjustment.

All monies paid to Alchemy Hair Extension Studios are non-refundable. This includes consultation fees, deposits, partial payments, payments for hair, payments for services, package payments, and amounts paid through third-party financing. It applies to cancellations, reschedules outside our policy, no-shows, termination of your agreement, and changes of mind.

5.1 Hair. Hair is selected, ordered and color-matched for your service and can't be resold or reused. All hair purchases are final.

5.2 Services. Installation, removal, cutting, coloring, toning, styling and treatments are non-refundable once performed.

5.3 Your satisfaction. If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of your appointment. We'll schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment to address placement, blending or styling concerns. Adjustments are our remedy for satisfaction concerns.

5.4 Hair quality concerns. In the rare case of a verified hair defect that's reported promptly and wasn't caused by improper care, heat damage, chemical services or missed maintenance, and where you've met the requirements of the Alchemy Guarantee, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected hair or offer a service credit. No cash refunds are issued.

The short version: Our guarantee covers you when you use our recommended tools and products, follow your care instructions, and keep your hair services with us.

To be eligible for the Alchemy Guarantee, including any adjustment or replacement, you must:

6.1 Use the recommended tools and products available at Alchemy Hair Extension Studios, and

6.2 Follow the care instructions at alchemyhairextensionstudios.com/hair-extension-care.

For full guarantee coverage, we recommend that all of your hair services be performed at Alchemy, including color, installation, cuts, removal, maintenance and move-ups. Services performed elsewhere, or the use of non-recommended tools or products, may void the guarantee.

The short version: Give us 7 days' notice for extension appointments and 24 hours for everything else. Late cancellations and no-shows cost you, and after 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule.

7.1 Extension appointments. At least 7 days' notice is required to reschedule or cancel. With proper notice, your deposit transfers to your rescheduled appointment once. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice forfeits your deposit, unless we're able to fill the time with an equivalent appointment.

7.2 Color and other appointments. At least 24 hours' notice is required. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service.

7.3 No-shows. A no-show, or a cancellation without notice, forfeits all payments made, will be charged per your card-on-file authorization, and may result in loss of booking privileges.

7.4 Late arrivals. Every appointment has a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.

7.5 Reschedule limit. One reschedule per quarter is permitted.

7.6 Emergencies. Exceptions for documented emergencies, such as illness, a family emergency or bereavement, are at the Studio's sole discretion. An approved exception results in a transferred deposit, never a refund.

The short version: You must be 18 or older for extension services. Tell us about anything that could affect your service. Extensions carry some risk, and results depend on your natural hair and how you care for it.

8.1 Age. You confirm you're at least 18 years old.

8.2 Disclosure. You agree to tell us about any known scalp conditions, sensitivities, allergies, recent chemical services, or anything else that may affect your service. We may decline or modify a service if we believe it wouldn't be safe or successful.

8.3 Risks. Hair extension services carry risks, including breakage, shedding, hair loss, tension, scalp irritation and allergic reaction. Results vary with the condition of your natural hair and your home care.

8.4 Natural hair. We perform every service with care. You agree not to hold the Studio responsible for damage to or loss of your natural hair during or after services, particularly where aftercare or maintenance guidelines aren't followed.

The short version: Your care routine and keeping your maintenance appointments are the biggest factors in how long your extensions last. Skipped maintenance isn't covered.

Before you leave, you'll receive clear instructions for washing, brushing, styling, heat use, recommended products, sleep care and your maintenance schedule. Your full aftercare guide is always available at alchemyhairextensionstudios.com/hair-extension-care.

Skipping maintenance or using unapproved products can shorten the life of your hair and isn't covered by any adjustment or replacement.

he short version: We install our own Alchemy Hair Extensions line and choose the hair and materials for each service.

The Studio has sole discretion over the hair, bonding materials and supplies used in your service, including our proprietary Alchemy Hair Extensions line. We select, color-match and prepare hair specifically for each client.

The short version: We love showing off our work, so we may photograph and film your hair. If you'd rather your face not be shown, tell us in writing before your appointment.

You grant the Studio permission to photograph and record your hair before, during and after services for portfolio, marketing and promotional use, without compensation. You may request in writing before your appointment that your face not be shown.

The short version: If there's a problem, come to us first, before your bank. Your signed agreement may be shared if a charge is disputed.

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. You acknowledge that your signed agreement, including the non-refundable terms, may be provided as documentation in response to any payment dispute or chargeback.

The short version: Our photos, writing and branding belong to us. Prices online are a guide; your proposal sets your actual price. Booking and financing tools are run by outside companies with their own terms.

13.1 Our content. Photos, videos, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Jaclyn Rae Inc. or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

13.2 Pricing information. Prices and service details on this website are provided as general information and may change. Your quoted price is the one in your signed proposal.

13.3 Third-party services. Online booking, payments and financing may be handled by third-party providers, such as Vagaro and Cherry. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

The short version: Colorado law applies. If one part of these terms doesn't hold up, the rest still does. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.

14.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

14.2 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

14.3 Termination. Either party may end a service agreement with written notice. If you end it, all payments made are forfeited and no refund is issued.

14.4 Electronic signatures. Electronic signatures on our proposals and agreements are legally binding.

14.5 Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you sign your agreement applies to that agreement.
